I am the invincible Summer

Carnelian, jade, rock crystal, natural cultured freshwater pearl, aventurine, hand knotted saffron coloured silk and brass.

Starting at the carnelian marker, the necklace reads “I am the invincible Summer” in Morse code; a nod to Albert Camus’ exploration of inner resilience.

This one-off pendant was hand carved in wax before being cast in brass in Hatton Garden using the method of lost wax casting. It was then hand finished and polished in my home studio, and is intended to look like a well-worn ancient heirloom.

Length of cord: 36”. Can be worn long or wrapped around the neck
